'We used Laurane Bubbins as our Architect and project manager for the complete rebuild of a bungalow into a 2 storey house. From the first meeting she was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time finding out what we wanted and offering us suggestions about how we could achieve it. At all times over the next year we were able to contact her with any queries or problems. She drew the plans and then worked with us to modify them to suit our desires. She helped us through the whole planning process and suggested excellent builders for the work. The tender document was extremely detailed and precise and that was so helpful as the build progressed because we were able to refer back to it when queries arose. During the build she attended monthly site meetings and was able to pick up on small details that we had missed. Altogether she was extremely helpful and professional while still supporting us at a personal level. The finished project is better than we could have ever dreamed of and has been universally admired. We are so grateful to Laurane and happy that we chose her.
